Beate's Weekend challenge #102, European card
dotted swiss and swedish wreath(at least it reminds me of them) The wreath is cased from Laurie at Just give me stamps. Hope you don't mind Laurie, if you ever see this. i know yours is 1000 times better but i just loved it!
